Sleepy Jones is looking for a part-time sales associate to work at our Santa Monica boutique. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic and dependable. An interest in fashion as well as past retail experience is a must. Ideally we would like someone located in the Santa Monica area.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of all store products and use this knowledge to build sales
- Elevate customer experience by providing prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
- Monitor store inventory and replenish regularly.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store displays at all times.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Minimum 2 years related retail experience (apparel, accessories, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- An understanding and projection of the store’s aesthetic
- Open availability/scheduling flexibility
- Proficient in Mac programs
- Polished professional demeanor
- Strong attention to details with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
