Illesteva is a boutique eyewear brand founded in response to a need for classic eyewear with a downtown New York aesthetic.
We are seeking a proactive, full time Retail Manager to join our Wynwood (Miami) team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Constantly exceed sales goals and expectations 
• Resolve problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a visually appealing retail space that is well organized and merchandised  
• Stock replenishment  
• Recruit and retain a professional staff  

About You: 

• Very hands on and willing to take initiative 
• Impeccable communication and leadership skills 
• Deep love for customer service and clienteling  
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability and achieve repeat business  

Requirements: 

• 2+ years retail management experience 
• Previous experience working with eyewear is a plus 
• Basic computer skills and retail math knowledge 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekends 
• Fluency in a second language preferred
