HAILEY BALDWIN OFFICIALLY JOINS THE MODELING BIG LEAGUES, SIGNS WITH IMG

The name Hailey Baldwin already carries a lot of weight in the fashion industry, thanks in part to her famous last name, her nearly 5 million Instagram followers, the company she keeps (the Jenners and the Hadids round out her crew) and, well, her general hotness.
While she's only been a fixture on the modeling scene for a couple of seasons, she's already covered niche mags like Wonderland and Jalouse, and won over big-name brands like Topshop, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply, H&M and Philipp Plein, clocking appearances in either their ad campaigns or runway shows.
Objectively, Baldwin's already a breakout star in the modeling world, but on Wednesday night, the 19-year-old made an announcement that officially puts her in the big leagues: She's signed a contract with IMG, the agency that many of her social media-savvy peers — Karlie Kloss, Taylor Hill and the Hadid sisters among them — call home. Previously, Baldwin was signed with Heros Model Management in New York.
It's another win for the agency, which not only seems to have the monopoly on modeling's most influential families (Kaia Gerber is one of its latest "It" girls), but has also made headlines for pushing boundaries in recent seasons, thanks to its newly launched "Brawn" division for plus-sized men and its signing of transgender model Hari Nef, who's since risen to the top of the industry ranks. While you likely see plenty of Baldwin's face already if you spend any time on the Internet, we anticipate an even bigger flood of high-profile commercial work coming her way soon.
