How to Get Dense Glitter Nails

Glittery nail polish is objectively awesome, even if you're the sort of person who takes a minimalist approach to makeup. It's sort of the exclamation point of the beauty world — non-essential but supremely punchy when used right.

The primary problem with using glitter-flecked polish, though, is that takes approximately 1 billion coats to develop any kind of sparkle density. Ironic, since this is the sort of look that's meant to be impactful.
This tutorial provides a great — and probably, to some minds, obvious — solution to that problem. Step one, one layer of base coat. Step two, dip nails in glitter. Step three, brush off and coat in
in another layer of top coat.
It's not rocket science. But the nice thing about this particular tutorial is that the grimly named YouTuber "Futilities and More" shows you exactly which tools and products to use and how to do it without making a mess. Here, it's all about technique.
